We love this brand and try to buy it at the store whenever possible! Lately again, I find that the shelves aren’t as stocked with what I want when I get there. I like the fact that it’s gluten free and you just add water. We like these plain instant potatoes as then you can spice it up according to your own taste if you want, and you can also use in recipes that incorporates good mashed potatoes. It is a great recipe (I typically use 1/3 less liquid and substitute milk along the way. Just what I wanted and needed.Excellent!I had tried before the Idahoan Real Potatoes pure. They have different flavours but i am more a classic potatoe pure fan so I normally get the one i like. You can't go wrong with this product. Easy to prepare. As sinple to add water and mix.
