I couldn't tell that from the web page. I only learned it when I read the directions, and no measurements were given for any other size portion than the entire pouch. So I had to do the math for when I use the pouch for smaller portions. However, for the first use, I made the entire pouch at once to know what it's supposed to taste like before I use the next pouch and only make a little at a time. However, it's no better than the Idahoan equivalent of its normal size packets for this style of instant mashed potatoes, so don't bother buying this size.
