I bought this e-book quite a while ago and ironically, I procrastinated on actually reading it. Though I wish I read it when I first bought it, I'm glad that I finally did now. I already knew about SMART goals- Specific, Measurable, Realistic and Time Bound but never heard of the twin FAST goals which are closely tied to this: Frequently talked about, Ambitious, Specific (SMART) and Transparent (clear as to how tied to goal. This is great read- fairly quick which I like since reading sometimes puts me to sleep and audio books are better for me. I read it finally because I have a big project that I have to do create for course called Online Audience and the whole thing was daunting-- this book has all the tips and tools condensed together to help someone move beyond their fears, delays, what ifs etc to actually move toward doing that thing whatever it is now on a daily basis. It's not magic or LoA it's practical applicable stuff to help anyone out of inertia and into the Doing the thing whatever it may be to get to the actualization of your goal. It is the thing that might will help you say Yes to your goal, your dream that thing that you might to do but held yourself back from. Great book. Thank you for writing it and making it easy to understand and practical.
